Dr Shaikhah Alainati (Public Authority for Applied Education and Training) Kuwait

Dr. Shaikhah Alainati is the Head of the Management Department at the College of Business Studies, Public Authority for Applied Education and Training (PAAET). She is an associate professor specializing in human resource management (HRM) and holds a PhD in HRM. Her research interests span HRM, AI in the workplace, employee performance, competencies, and innovation. She has authored several peer-reviewed articles in international journals and actively supervises postgraduate research. She regularly delivers MBA and executive training programs focused on leadership, change management, and workforce development. Furthermore, she is involved in curriculum design and national research initiatives supporting Kuwait Vision 2035. Fluent in Arabic and English, she is passionate about bridging academic research with real-world impact.
