Mr Abdul Salam Seid Ahmed is originally from Sudan. He came to the UK in 1989 as a young a student to read law. Mr Seid Ahmed completed his LLB 1995 and postgraduate diploma in 1997. He then qualified as a solicitor in 2000 having trained at a mid-tier London firm that specialized in Civil & Criminal litigation and various other matters, including property and contract law. Following his qualification, he joined a local London firm as a partner. While working there as a partner, he completed his LLM in Commercial and Corporate Law at the University of London. He later qualified as a Notary Public from the University of Cambridge. Mr Seid Ahmed has vast experience in lecturing at International Conferences & is often called to act as an expert in matters of Conflicts of Laws. His expertise assisted both British and Sudanese Courts in few cases, in matters of Sharia Law, Inheritance, property, marriage and various other matters. Mr Seid Ahmed was the first Arabic speaking Notary Public to register in the UK. Mr Seid Ahmed is also a keen public speaking solicitor who delivered lectures in various international conferences and forums. Mr Seid Ahmed lectured at the Sudanese judicial training college as a visiting lecturer for a number of years. Mr Seid Ahmed also acts as an expert in Sudanese and British laws in matters relating to conflicts of laws. Mr Seid Ahmed represents clients in matters relating to Civil Litigation, Commercial and Corporate Law, Business matters, acquisitions of properties and Immigration Laws. At present he is one of the Senior partners at FSL solicitors ltd.
