Ammar Hamoda, ICT Expert, had 10+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry with a beginning of career in the technical sector as GSM Network Engineer. Then went to the commercial sector in the department of carrier relations and regulatory with a focus on dispute resolution, termination / interconnection cost modelling, infrastructure sharing and international fraud fighting. Participated as speaker in many national and international telecom forums and conferences addressing the key issues of telecom markets. Worked and works for a better political environment through founding pillars of good governance and utilise social powers by participating in development programs for a better community life style. Graduated as an engineer from the University of Khartoum with BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, telecom speciality, 2003. Awarded an MBA from the University of Khartoum in 2013. Currently a postgraduate student at Brunel University London in specialised program of MBA in Aviation: London, UK.
