Description

Dr. Amal M.H. Abdel-Haleem is a researcher of Food Technology Science at Food Technology research institute, Giza, Egypt. She received her PhD in 2004 from the Department of Biochemistry, Faculty of Agriculture, Cairo University, Egypt. Her scientific routine work is analyzing legumes and cereals chemically, physically and technologically. Her research interest is in the area of studying the therapeutic activity of some plant secondary metabolites on some human diseases. Currently, she is involved in Egyptian Food Safety Information Center (EFSIC) as a basic member in the field of training programs (TOT) to implement Food Safety Systems in factories and food industry companies.
