Description
Dalal Abdullah AL-Khudhayri has been awarded a Master’s degree with Distinction in applied nutrition by Princess Nora Bint Abdulrahman University and is currently employed as a lecturer at Alkharj University (KSA), where she is head of the Home Economics department. She makes many social contributions to the university and her research areas include food habits, food security and sustainable development.
