Hanan Al Mheiri (UAE)

Hanan Al Mheiri has over than 15 years of professional experience in the domain of Knowledge Management (KM). She joined Dubai Police during her internship and General Commander Dhai Khalfan Tamim was impressed by her achievements where she was invited on board to join Dubai Police as a head of unit in the Knowledge Management Department. Hanan worked for the Dubai Police for four years and won the second-best employee award in 2010. Mrs Al Mheiri joined Dubai Electricity and Water Authority  (DEWA) in 2011 at the Knowledge Management Department. Mrs Al Mheiri won the 1st Place at the internal Awards  on Corporate Level  in DEWA in the Specialized Category of KM. In 2011, she started her PhD journey in the same domain but more concerned with “Investigating the Impact of leadership and Organisational Culture on Knowledge Sharing Behavioural intentions among employees”.  Mrs Al Mheiri is currently certified professional trainer and Internal DEWA trainer as she trained over than 1000+ employees on various KM related topics. Mrs Al Mheiri presented her work with regards Knowledge Management and Knowledge Sharing in many conferences, in addition to other conferences on the topic of empowering women as a keynote speaker. Hanan published several academic publications she earned  over than  100+ awards, recognitions, and appreciations during her professional career.
