Description

I am a medical doctor, graduated from Faculty of Medicine, University of Khartoum in 1994. I hold a clinical MD in Community Medicine from the Post Graduate Board of the same University (2006). I worked for several years in the Federal Ministry of Health in Sudan and culminated my service there as National Reproductive Health Director in 2010. During my 4 year tenure I supported various initiatives towards improving maternal health services in the country.  I then joined WHO Sudan (2012) and then moved to WHO Pakistan in early 2015.
