Dr. Muhra Rashed ALmuhairi has a Doctorate of Business Administration and research focus in self-leadership. She worked in the education industry as well as the learning and developments in both federal and government level in the United Arab Emirates. She worked as a faculty member of the Higher College of Technology then worked as chair of business administration. She also worked as an advisor for community service in Abu Dhabi government then Director of program in Abu Dhabi government as well. Her interest in research are in social sustainability, self-development and leadership. She is an executive coach and her aim in life is to inspire by sharing knowledge and empower individuals.
