Dr. Walid Mohamed Shehat is a researcher in the Crops Technology Research Department, Food Technology Research Institute, Agriculture Research Center, Giza, Egypt. He received PhD in 2005 from the Department of Food Science and Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, Minufi ya University, Egypt. He is research interests include food products, baby foods, malnutrition, celiac disease and obesity disease. He is a specific focus is on natural resources for malnutrition, diarrhoea and celiac diseases. He is also working on the baking products and baby foods.
