PIC. Dr. S. C Eng: Khalid graduated with B.Sc. Eng, with Post graduate Diploma, seven (7) M.Sc. degrees and two (2) PhDs with overall eleven (11) academic degrees. He is a licensed Consultant Engineer from the Sudan Engineering Council. He has done regular consulting work while performing professional engineering works.
